Charcoal briquette machine is a kind of machine that makes charcoal briquette from all kinds of agro-wastes and forest residues. We provide three kinds of charcoal briquette machines which are ordinary charcoal briquette machine, energy-saving charcoal briquetting machine and hydraulic charcoal briquette machine.
Charcoal Briquette Machine Features
1. Charcoal briquette machine adopts oil-immersed alloy structure. The screw impulsing axis adopts wear-resistant material and precisely cast.
2. All types of our charcoal briquetting machines are featured with high output, little energy consumption and compact structure.
Hydraulic Briquetting Machine Features
Briquette diameter is 70/80/90/100/120 mm. This machine is specially designed with customized inner sleeve which makes the briquettes easily burning for a long time. The charcoal briquettes are of 7600-8600 Kilocalorie, less than 3% ashes.
Energy-saving Charcoal Briquette Machine Feature
Briquette diameter is 40/50mm. This type machine is equipped with a gearbox which can greatly save energy. With the same capacity of 180-210kg/h, the ordinary machine power requires 15kw, while for the energy-saving one, it only needs 11kw.
